How to know if u have liver problems?

My father drinks alcohol quite regularly, and lately he's been looking a bit weak and has some abdominal discomfort. I'm worried about his liver. How do you know if you have liver problems, what are the common signs?

Oh, I totally freaked out once thinking I had liver issues because I was always tired. But it turned out to be just low iron. For liver, you might see yellow skin (jaundice), dark urine, pale stools, or constant fatigue, and sometimes swelling in legs. But don't panic like I did, just consult a doctor for proper diagnosis.

Modern trackers won't directly tell you liver function, but they can show trends in energy levels or sleep patterns which might be affected. For liver problems, specific symptoms are important: yellow eyes/skin, unexplained weight loss, dark urine, and stomach pain. Get blood tests done to confirm, your GP can guide.

Beta, agar aankhon ka rang peela lage ya bahut thakawat mehsoos ho, toh liver ka dhyan rakhna chahiye. Kabhi kabhi pet mein dard bhi hota hai. Haldi doodh achha hota hai, aur light khana khana chahiye. Lekin agar zyada takleef ho, toh doctor ko dikhana zaroori hai. Shareer ka khayal rakhna.

Bhai, agar pet mein dard ho, ya aankhein peeli dikhen toh samajh lena kuch garbad hai. Bhook bhi kam lagti hai aur bahut kamzor mehsoos hota hai. Humare yahan toh log kehte hain neembu paani piyo aur halka bhojan karo, lekin agar zyada ho toh doctor ke paas jaana hi padta hai. Take care.

As a diabetic, liver health is critical because it impacts sugar metabolism. I always watch out for any signs like unexplained fatigue, abdominal discomfort, or skin changes. It’s vital to manage blood sugar, avoid processed foods, and limit alcohol to protect the liver. Regular checkups, including liver function tests, are a must.
