How to know if u have gum disease?

My gums sometimes bleed when I brush, and they look a bit red and swollen. I also have bad breath sometimes, even after brushing. How do you know if you have gum disease or if it's just a normal thing?

Main toh dekhti hoon agar brush karte waqt blood aa raha hai ya gums swollen lag rahe hain. Aur saans mein smell bhi aati hai kabhi kabhi. Best solution is to visit a dentist, they check it quickly and tell you what to do. Simple hai.

Apart from brushing and flossing well, sometimes gum issues can also link to overall inflammation in the body, which diet and exercise can help with. But if your gums are bleeding or painful, that's a clear signal to visit the dentist. No point pushing through pain.

It can be really upsetting when your gums hurt or bleed, I've been there. You feel self-conscious about bad breath and even eating becomes difficult. Don't ignore it or feel embarrassed. Please go to a dentist, they can help you feel so much better.

Actually, my smart toothbrush app has a gum health monitor, it tells you if you're brushing too hard or missing spots. But common signs are red, swollen gums, bleeding when brushing, or persistent bad breath. If you see these, definitely get it checked by a dentist.

Are your gums looking redder or more swollen than usual? Sometimes I feel a throbbing kind of pain, and they bleed when I brush, which really scares me. Does anyone else get sensitive teeth or bad breath with it? I'm worried.
