How to know if u have fatty liver?

My doctor told me I need to be careful about my diet because of my lifestyle, and mentioned fatty liver. I don't really have any symptoms. How do you know if you have fatty liver, are there any early signs to look out for?

Fatty liver can be quite silent sometimes, but you might feel constant fatigue, a dull ache or fullness in the upper right side of your abdomen. Some also experience unexplained weight loss or weakness. While things like lemon water and turmeric are good for general health, for fatty liver, a proper ultrasound and blood tests are crucial. Don't rely on just symptoms.

Seedha baat hai, fatty liver mein shuru mein koi khaas symptoms nahi hote. Agar thakaan bahut zyada lagti hai, ya pet ke upari right side mein halka dard ho, toh shaq ho sakta hai. Lekin pakka pata karne ke liye, doctor se milo aur ultrasound karwao. Bina test ke confirm nahi hota hai.

Hey! So fatty liver often doesn't show many signs at first, which is tricky. But if you're feeling really tired all the time, have a dull ache on your upper right side near the ribs, or even some unexplained weight loss, it could be a hint. My aunt found out she had it through a routine checkup. So, best to just get an ultrasound if you're concerned.

Honestly, fatty liver often has no symptoms until it's advanced. You might feel very tired or have mild discomfort in your upper right abdomen. The real way to know is through tests, usually an ultrasound first, which isn't too expensive. Then blood tests like LFT (Liver Function Tests) might be needed. Plan for these tests, they are worth the money.

As someone managing diabetes, I know how interconnected these things are. Fatty liver is common with metabolic issues. Initially, you might have no symptoms, but if you feel chronic fatigue, a dull pain in the upper right abdomen, or unexplained weakness, get it checked. Lifestyle changes are key, especially diet and sugar control. An ultrasound and blood tests are essential for diagnosis.

For fatty liver, you might not even realize it at first. Sometimes people feel tired, or a bit of discomfort in their stomach. While managing diet with healthy foods and avoiding processed stuff is always good, for a confirmed diagnosis, you definitely need an ultrasound and blood tests. Don't delay seeing a doctor, it's important to catch it early.
