How to know if u have asthma?

I've been experiencing shortness of breath and a tight chest, especially after exercise or when it's dusty. My parents both have asthma, so I'm concerned. How do you know if you have asthma or if it's just a normal cough?

Ho na, asthma ke symptoms thode aise hote hain jaise saans lene mein takleef, cough bahut zyada, aur chaati mein tightness. Kabhi-kabhi breathing karte waqt whistling sound bhi aati hai. Subah ya raat mein zyada hota hai. Haan na, doctor ko dikhana hi best hai confirmation ke liye.

Haan, asthma ke liye dekho ki saans lene mein mushkil ho rahi hai, khaansi bahut aati hai, especially raat mein, aur chest mein tightness feel ho rahi hai. Na, yeh normal cold-cough nahi hota hai. Agar exercise karte waqt ya thandi hawa mein zyada ho, toh doctor ko dikhana chahiye. Vo proper test karenge.

If you're constantly feeling breathless, especially after some activity, or having a cough that won't go away, it could be asthma. Also, that whistling sound while breathing is a big sign. While some warm water with honey helps with general cough, for suspected asthma, it's very important to see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Asthma symptoms can be quite specific, so pay attention. Look for recurrent episodes of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, especially at night or early in the morning. These symptoms might worsen with exercise, cold air, or allergens. It's really important to get a lung function test and a proper diagnosis from a doctor, don't just assume.

I always worry about every cough being something serious! But for asthma, it's usually recurring shortness of breath, a persistent cough (especially at night), wheezing, and a tight chest. If these symptoms come and go, or get worse with triggers like exercise or allergies, it's worth getting checked. Don't let the anxiety build up, a doctor can confirm.
