I really hear how much pain you're in right now. It takes a lot to even reach out like this. Please know that this isn't the path, and there are so many people who want to help you find relief. A therapist or counselor can offer real strategies, not just temporary fixes.

Just like managing a serious health condition, mental health struggles need professional attention. If you're having these thoughts, please, it's an emergency. Reach out to a doctor or a mental health helpline right away. They are equipped to provide the right support.

My child, such thoughts are very dangerous and must not be entertained. Life is precious, given by God. When the mind is troubled, it's good to talk to elders or a spiritual guide. But for such deep pain, a good doctor or counselor can give you proper guidance and support.

I've had my share of really tough times when it felt like there was no way out. But I found that reaching out to a therapist made a huge difference. They helped me see things differently and find solutions. Please consider doing the same.

This is a very serious and dangerous thought, and you need professional help right now. This is not something to discuss on a public forum. Please contact a suicide prevention hotline or go to the nearest emergency room. They can provide the immediate care you need.

I know exactly how suffocating and hopeless it can feel to have those thoughts. It's truly terrifying. But please know, those feelings are temporary, even if they feel overwhelming right now. You are not alone, and there is help available. Reach out to a helpline, they can guide you.

Yaar, life sometimes feels like full on pressure cooker, haan? But trust me, yeh koi solution nahi hai. Please, apni problem kisi se share karo, na? Friends, family, or even a counsellor. Don't be alone in this.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. It must be incredibly painful. Is there someone in your family or a close friend you can confide in? Sometimes just talking can make a small difference, and then maybe they can help you find a doctor or counselor.
