I'm no expert, but from my personal experience, a good oral hygiene routine is crucial. Brushing twice a day, flossing, and using mouthwash. And definitely, don't miss those regular dental check-ups.

Gum disease can be quite stubborn! Apart from good brushing and flossing, some people find oil pulling with coconut oil helps. For my thyroid, regular doctor visits are a must, and same goes for gum disease – a dentist should definitely be consulted regularly.

Haan na, gum issues are so annoying! My dentist told me to use a soft-bristled brush and floss daily. Aur sometimes, gargling with warm salt water can give relief. But best to see a dentist, ho na?

Gum disease (gingivitis or periodontitis) needs attention from a dentist. Regular scaling and root planing are key. Also, maintaining excellent oral hygiene at home – brushing correctly, flossing, and using an antimicrobial mouthwash if recommended. Don't ignore bleeding gums!

Gum disease is a bacterial infection, and it requires professional dental treatment for eradication. Good oral hygiene is preventive, but once it's established, you need deep cleaning by a dentist. Self-treating can lead to progression and more serious issues like tooth loss.

Brush, floss, rinse! That's the mantra! 😄 Make sure you're doing it properly, especially flossing. And regular dental check-ups are like super-hero visits for your gums! Don't skip them! ✨

I track my dental hygiene habits in my health app. A good electric toothbrush with a timer helps me brush for the full two minutes, and I use a water flosser. But for existing gum disease, a dentist is a must. They can track your gum health digitally too!
