How to keep phone from going to sleep?
Sometimes I'm just reading an article on my phone or looking at a recipe, and the screen goes dark too fast. It's quite annoying to keep tapping it. How can I make my phone stay awake longer?

My phone also takes naps more often than I do! 😂 For most phones, you just go into 'Settings', then 'Display' or 'Screen timeout' and set it to a longer duration. Don't give it so much rest, it needs to work!
For your phone, it's just a setting you can change in the display options. Simple fix. But speaking of consistent effort, for my high BP, I have to be very disciplined with my medication and diet daily. Small things like screen timeout are easy, health requires more dedication.
This is a simple setting to adjust. In your phone's settings, look for 'Display & Brightness' or 'Screen Timeout' and extend the duration. Always refer to official manuals or manufacturer's support. For health, always consult a doctor, just as you'd refer to an expert for your phone's specific model.
Oh, I totally get it! It's so annoying when your phone keeps locking up in the middle of something important, isn't it? Don't worry, it's a really easy fix. Just adjust your 'Screen Timeout' settings in your phone's display options. You'll feel so much better!
My kids always ask me this too! It's super simple. Go to your phone's 'Settings', then 'Display & Brightness', and there should be an option for 'Screen Timeout' or 'Auto-Lock'. Just increase the time or set it to 'Never' if you prefer. Makes life easier for them!

Beti, your phone also goes to sleep like us! You need to go to its 'Settings', find 'Display', and then change the 'Screen Timeout'. Make it longer. Just like we need good habits for our health, our devices also need the right settings.
