How to keep liver on hook?

This question seems to be a typo or an unusual phrasing. Assuming 'on hook' refers to keeping it functioning optimally, I'm concerned about general liver health. My chacha ji recently got diagnosed with fatty liver, so I'm a bit worried.

Haha, I thought this was about fishing for a second! My brain is so tired. But seriously, for a healthy liver, I just try to cut back on late-night snacks and that one extra drink. Sleep is key too, which I clearly need more of!

My doctor always emphasizes avoiding excessive alcohol and certain medications unless absolutely necessary. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, and low in saturated fats and sugars, is crucial. Regular exercise also plays a significant role in maintaining liver function.

From my experience with yoga and Ayurveda, a clean diet free from processed foods is paramount for the liver. Also, certain breathing exercises like Kapalbhati are said to stimulate liver function. But everything in moderation and under guidance, of course.

I always prefer natural ways for health. For liver, things like warm lemon water in the morning, having a bit of turmeric daily, and eating light, fresh food can be helpful. But if you feel any persistent discomfort or serious symptoms, please go to a proper doctor without delay.

Ho na, liver bahut important organ hai. Best thing is to avoid too much junk food, alcohol, and very sugary drinks. Simple ghar ka khana and lots of water, that's the mantra. It keeps everything clean.
