How to increase thyroid levels naturally?

My doctor said my thyroid levels are a bit low and asked me to improve my diet and lifestyle. I want to know if there are natural ways to boost it, I'd rather not start medication if possible. Any advice?

My family often suggests drinking coriander seed water in the morning for digestion, which is very refreshing. However, for actual low thyroid levels, we must trust the doctor's prescribed daily hormone tablet. Natural tips can support your health, but they cannot replace proper medicine.

Practicing Ujjayi pranayama and regular neck stretches can gently stimulate the thyroid gland and improve circulation. In my experience, these ancient practices are wonderful for supporting endocrine health, but they must be done alongside your doctor's regular treatment.

I managed my low thyroid by ensuring a steady intake of zinc and selenium through pumpkin seeds and walnuts, along with my daily prescription. There is no purely 'natural' way to cure clinical hypothyroidism if your gland is underperforming, so please get a proper blood test done.

I completely understand how overwhelming it feels when you are struggling with low energy and desperately searching for natural cures. I was also scared of taking daily medicine at first, but honestly, once I started the correct treatment, my health improved so much. Please consult a doctor.

My daughter had low thyroid levels and we tried various home remedies first, but they didn't help her fatigue. We then consulted an endocrinologist who prescribed a low-dose tablet, and she is doing so much better now. Please seek proper medical advice for your health.
