How to increase thyroid function?

I've been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and feel tired all the time. My doctor wants me to look into ways to support thyroid function. What generally helps to increase it?

I completely understand your concern. Please get a blood test first to check your actual TSH levels before starting any treatment.

I ignored my fatigue for months thinking it was just stress, and my thyroid function dropped significantly. Please do not wait or try self-treatment; see an endocrinologist for a proper checkup as soon as possible.

I totally get it, dealing with low energy and brain fog is extremely frustrating. The best way to improve thyroid function is to work with a doctor to get the right hormonal support. Please take care of yourself.

I was just reading up on thyroid health because I've been feeling unusually tired lately. It seems selenium and zinc in diet help, but a proper blood test is the only way to know if there is a real issue. What are your symptoms?

If you have a busy routine, don't waste time on complex home remedies. Get a quick thyroid panel done from any online lab and show the reports to a general physician. It's the most efficient way to handle it.
