How to improve thyroid hormone?

My blood tests showed my thyroid hormone levels are not optimal, and it's making me feel very sluggish. I'm looking for ways to improve my thyroid hormone production naturally. Any suggestions?

I totally get it, dealing with thyroid issues is so frustrating and draining. Please don't stress yourself out too much. Just take your morning medicines regularly and let the doctor adjust the dosage slowly based on your reports.

Along with your regular meds, try to stay active every single day. I started with just 30 minutes of brisk walking in the park and it really helped my energy levels. Just check with your doc first before starting any heavy routine.

Ghar pe you can try drinking warm coriander seed water in the morning, many people in our family do this. But honestly, if you are feeling too weak or losing hair fast, please see a good doctor. Home tips are good but regular thyroid tests are necessary.

Bro, just go to an endocrinologist and get your blood test done first. I tried ignoring my fatigue for months thinking it was just college stress. Once I started the proper low dose my doc gave me, things got normal pretty fast.

My TSH levels were totally out of whack six months back but they are normal now. I just stayed super disciplined with taking my pill on an empty stomach and cut down on heavy soy products. Give it some time, your body will adjust.

My daughter was diagnosed with thyroid issues last year and we panicked a lot. We made sure she ate balanced home meals with enough selenium and zinc, and kept her stress low. Just be patient and ensure they never skip their daily tablet.

Focusing on strength training twice a week and eating enough clean protein made a massive difference for my metabolism. You don't have to do anything extreme. Just balance your clean diet with consistent physical activity and keep checking your blood levels.
