How to improve thyroid?

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago and have been on medication. I want to know if there are any lifestyle changes or dietary modifications that can help improve my thyroid function further, along with my medicine.

I totally get it, the sudden weight gain and constant exhaustion from thyroid issues can feel so frustrating. Just be patient with your body and make sure to take your meds consistently.

The endocrinologist I consult made it very clear that thyroid issues require precise, scientific medication, not internet hacks. Please ask your doctor clearly about your TSH levels and follow their guidance.

The most important thing for thyroid management is getting your T3, T4, and TSH tested every three to six months. Your doctor will adjust your dosage based on these results, so never skip your tests.
