How to improve sleep score?

Been tracking my sleep on my smartwatch lately and the scores are always so low, like 50-60. I feel tired most days even after 7-8 hours. Is there anything specific I can do to get better quality sleep and improve that score?

I spent months obsessing over my low sleep score on my watch, ignoring my actual exhaustion until it caused major health issues. Please see a doctor or sleep specialist if you constantly feel tired, rather than relying on app metrics.

Sleep score sudharna hai toh thoda daily routine pe dhyan dena padega na. Raat ko phone side me rakh kar, halki book padhne ki habit dalo, badhiya neend aayegi.

Ye smart watch ke sleep scores stress dete hain, haan na? Screen time kam karke light music suno sote waqt, score apne aap upar chala jayega.

I just fixed my sleep schedule after months of terrible rest. What worked was cutting out late evening snacks and exercising in the morning, which pushed my sleep score from 60 to 85.

Does anyone else get anxious looking at a low sleep score in the morning, which then ruins their whole day? I feel like I'm trying everything but the app still shows bad numbers.

My sleep score was actually terrible because of late-night movies, yaar. I stopped screens after 10 PM and my deep sleep timing improved so much.

To improve your tracker's sleep score, focus on sleep consistency first. Going to bed and waking up within the same 30-minute window daily is the fastest way to boost deep and REM sleep percentages.
