How to improve sleep?

I've been struggling with sleep for months now. I wake up multiple times during the night and feel groggy in the morning. How can I improve my sleep and get a full night's rest?

Drinking warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg powder before bed helps relax the mind. However, if your insomnia is chronic or accompanied by gasping for breath, please visit a doctor immediately.

I totally get it, lying awake staring at the ceiling when you are dead tired is incredibly frustrating. Try listening to a soft guided meditation or white noise to calm your racing thoughts.

Regular physical activity during the day is a game changer for deep sleep. Just make sure you don't do intense workouts right before sleeping as it keeps the body pumped up.

I used to play games on my phone till 2 AM and then wonder why I couldn't sleep. Turning off the screen and using blue-light filter apps actually helped my eyes relax.

Hum toh raat ko jaldi khana kha lete hain aur thodi der aangan me tahalte hain. Isse neend bahut badhiya aati hai aur subah jaldi aankh khulti hai.

Hormonal imbalances with PCOS used to ruin my sleep cycles completely. I found that sleeping at a fixed time daily helped balance things out, though it is always good to check with your gynecologist.
