How to improve pain tolerance?

Been hitting the gym regularly, but sometimes the intense workouts really get to me. My trainer mentioned improving pain tolerance might help me push through. Any tips on how to build that up?

Pain tolerance actually pure mind game hai yaar. When I started working out heavily, I used to give up so fast. But focusing on slow breathing during intense moments helps you push through.

In our younger days, we relied on quiet meditation and breathing to steady our minds against physical pains. A warm cup of turmeric milk at night can also help soothe general body aches. But if the pain is severe or sudden, one must never ignore it and see a physician.

I had to undergo long physical therapy sessions after an accident, and building tolerance takes consistent mental training. Start by accepting the discomfort instead of fighting it immediately. Proper sleep and keeping your nervous system calm also plays a major role.

I used to be so sensitive to even small injections or muscle soreness. Honestly, regular yoga and learning to breathe deeply through the nose really helped me stay calm during painful moments. It's all about training your brain not to panic.

Eating an anti-inflammatory diet rich in green veggies, nuts, and ginger really helped reduce my general body sensitivity. When your body is less inflamed, you naturally handle physical stress and minor pains much better.

I just finished my recovery program for chronic back stiffness last week. At first, even basic stretching was painful, but doing short, controlled sessions daily helped my body adapt. Your threshold naturally goes up if you stay consistent.
