How to improve mental health of students?

My younger sister, who is in 12th standard, is under immense academic pressure and seems very stressed. I'm looking for ways to help her and other students cope better. How can we improve the mental health of students?

Totally agree with the points. Just encouraging students to have one screen-free hour before sleeping can drastically improve their mood and focus.

During my college years, my stress levels were very high. Personally, sitting in a park for 30 minutes every evening and listening to light music without checking social media was what helped me stay grounded and calm.

I am trying to learn how to deal with exam stress myself. Do you think writing down my study plans on a paper helps reduce panic, or does it make one feel more pressured?
