How to improve asthma with exercise?

I have mild asthma, and my doctor suggested incorporating exercise into my routine. I'm a bit scared it might trigger an attack. What kind of exercises are safe and how can I use them to actually improve my asthma condition?

Exercise is great for asthma! Just focus on low-impact things like swimming or yoga which are super friendly on the lungs. Always warm up slowly and keep your inhaler in your gym bag just in case.

I used to be terrified of exercising because I thought any breathing strain would trigger a severe asthma attack. It's completely okay to feel anxious, but starting with very slow walks and using your inhaler 15 minutes before activity really helps.

As someone managing lifestyle diseases, I find that structured exercise is essential. For asthma, choose indoor activities on high pollution days, monitor your breathing pattern, and ensure you stay hydrated without consuming sugary energy drinks.

Aap thoda-thoda karke subah tahalna shuru karein, aur lambi saans lene ka abhyas karein. Zyada tez bhagne ki zaroorat nahi hai, dheere-dheere chalne se hi phephade mazboot ho jayenge.

I panicked and stopped going to the gym when I got diagnosed with asthma. But my doctor reassured me that light cardio actually improves lung capacity over time. Now I exercise regularly without any breathing trouble.
