How to identify kidney pain?

I've been having some dull pain in my lower back, but I'm not sure if it's just muscle strain or something more serious, like kidney pain. What are the specific characteristics or location of pain that can help me identify kidney pain?

Kidney pain is usually felt deep in your upper back, just under the ribs, and it can spread to your groin area. It is typically a constant, dull ache, unlike muscle pain which changes when you move or stretch. If you also have fever or painful urination, please see a doctor immediately.

Blessings to you. Kidney pain often feels like a heavy pressure in your flank area and can make you feel very uneasy. Please listen to your body, stay calm, drink warm water, and visit a doctor soon to find the root cause of this discomfort.

A lot of people at my gym mistake lower back muscle strain from deadlifts for kidney pain. Real kidney pain is higher up, deep inside, and doesn't stop when you lie down. Make sure you are drinking enough water if you take protein supplements, and if the pain is sharp and constant, get an ultrasound done.

I log my daily water intake on my app because dehydration can trigger kidney issues. Kidney pain is usually a sharp, throbbing ache on one side of your lower flank, often accompanied by changes in urine color or frequency. It's best to track these symptoms and show them to a doctor.

I ignored a dull pain in my side thinking it was just a muscle spasm, and it turned into a severe kidney infection that required hospital admission. If you have deep flank pain along with nausea, fever, or chills, please do not wait. Go see a specialist immediately.

Bhai, kidney ka dard na peeth ke peeche pichli taraf hota hai, aur ye dabane se theek nahi hota. Agar toilet karte waqt jalan ho ya dard ho, toh bilkul risk mat lo haan? Turant doctor ke paas jaakar urine test karwa lo.

Managing thyroid has taught me that we shouldn't guess what's causing pain in our bodies. Kidney pain is typically deep, constant, and located in the upper back. Please go for a proper kidney function test and consult a doctor rather than self-diagnosing.
