How to identify heart attack?

My father has a history of heart problems, so I'm always a bit worried about chest pain. I know it's not always a heart attack, but what are the definitive signs? How can I identify a heart attack if someone around me is having one?

Bhai, chest pain jo left arm ya jaw tak jaye usko light nahi lena chahiye, haan? Swelling, sweating aur bhari-pan feel ho toh turant emergency me jao na. Deeli mat karo aisi cheezon me bilkul bhi.

I get so scared thinking about this, even a small gas pain makes me panic sometimes. But they say real symptoms include crushing chest pressure, shortness of breath, and feeling dizzy or cold-sweaty. If you or anyone feels this, please go to the nearest hospital immediately without waiting.

Being a high BP patient, my doctor warned me that a heart attack doesn't always feel like a sudden pain. Sometimes it's just heavy pressure, breathlessness, or unusual indigestion. Please keep your BP in check and go for regular cardiac screenings.

I read that in women, heart attack symptoms can be very different, like back pain, nausea, or extreme fatigue instead of typical chest pain. Since I manage PCOS, I am extra careful about cardiovascular health. Please get a doctor's evaluation immediately if anything feels off.

Please remember that chest discomfort, sudden sweating, and feeling lightheaded are clear red flags. If you are experiencing this right now, please call an ambulance immediately. Praying for your good health.

Sometimes we ignore heavy chest discomfort thinking it is just acidity from eating heavy, oily food. But if the discomfort is spreading to your left arm or throat and you feel breathless, it is not gas. Stop searching online and head straight to an emergency room.
