How to hypnotize a person to sleep?

My husband has been struggling with insomnia for months now, and even sleeping pills don't seem to help much. I've heard about hypnosis helping with sleep. Is it actually possible to hypnotize a person to sleep, and is it safe?

Haan na, sleep issues aaj kal sabko hi hote hain. Actually, someone ko hypnotize karna safe nahi hai aur simple log nahi kar sakte. Sleep cycle thik karne ke liye unhe deep breathing ya calm music sunne ko bolo, woh jyada useful rahega.

We do not need hypnosis, we only need to quieten the active mind. Suggest them to try Yoga Nidra or basic deep abdominal breathing (Anulom Vilom) for 15 minutes in a dark room. It naturally triggers the parasympathetic nervous system and brings deep, restful sleep.

Don't get into these hypnosis ideas, they are not practical or safe for normal people to try. Just make sure the bedroom is cool, quiet, and completely dark. A warm cup of milk or a simple foot massage with sesame oil before bed works wonderfully for good sleep.

If I knew how to hypnotize someone to sleep, I would first use it on myself to get some decent rest! Honestly, just put on a boring documentary or a slow podcast on low volume. It has the same hypnotic effect and puts my kids and me to sleep in ten minutes flat.

Actually, you can't just hypnotize someone like they show in movies, yaar. For deep sleep, just tell them to put their phone away an hour before bed and try guided sleep meditation instead. It works like magic without any of that weird stuff.
