How to hide nail psoriasis?

My nails have started developing these weird spots and ridges, and my doctor said it might be psoriasis. It looks quite bad and I feel conscious showing my hands. What are some ways to hide this nail psoriasis effectively?

It is so tough to hide pitted or discolored nails, and I used to feel very conscious. I tried soaking them in warm water with a bit of Epsom salt which helped soften the rough edges. For going out, applying a safe, dark-colored nourishing nail polish works best, but keep your nails trimmed short so they don't catch and lift.

I know how stressful nail changes can be. Wearing light, breathable cotton gloves or a coat of nude nail polish is a simple way to cover it.

Psoriasis flare-ups are often linked to stress levels, much like my high blood pressure. Keeping your hands moisturized with simple petroleum jelly helps, but make sure you get regular checkups with a doctor. Don't just try to hide it with thick polishes, because proper medical treatment is what stops the damage.

Haan na, nail psoriasis ke wajah se haath dikhane me thoda awkward lagta hai. Actually, directly thick artificial nails lagana avoid karo kyunki usse damage badh sakta hai. Normal simple matte polish laga lo, easily cover ho jata hai and look clean also.
