How to help someone who is vomiting?
My son woke up this morning feeling really unwell and has vomited a couple of times. He's looking very pale. What can I do at home to help him feel better?

Vomiting is so physically exhausting and honestly, it makes you feel so weak and miserable inside. Just having someone quietly sit near you, offering a cool towel for your forehead, is such a huge comfort. Let them rest without forcing any food on them.
I was looking up first aid for dehydration during vomiting, and apparently, giving large cups of water all at once makes them throw up again. The best way is to offer just one tablespoon of ORS or water every ten minutes to let the stomach settle down slowly.
Haan, vomiting se body bilkul nichad jaati hai. Unhe thoda sa nimbu paani ya nariyal paani do dheere-dheere peene ko, na? Aur abhi bilkul oil ya masala wala khaana mat dena, pet ko rest chahiye hota hai.
Hey, don't stress too much, it is probably just a mild stomach bug or something they ate. Just make them sit comfortably, give them tiny sips of electoral or plain water, and let them rest. If it doesn't stop by evening, we can visit the local doc.
At my age, even a slightly oily samosa can cause vomiting. Just stick to boiled rice or light khichdi once the stomach calms down, and avoid dairy products entirely. If they keep throwing up even water, stop the home remedies and take them to a doctor.
