If the stomach pain is actually severe, stop looking for quick home remedies online and go to an emergency room. Severe pain could be appendicitis or a severe infection that needs immediate medical diagnosis. Don't risk it by taking random antacids.

Oh God, stomach pain always makes me so anxious, I start imagining the worst things like ulcers or stones. Please monitor if you have any vomiting or fever along with it. If it is unbearable, please go to a clinic right away just to be absolutely safe and get peace of mind.

For severe abdominal pain, please do not take any strong painkiller on an empty stomach without prescription, as it can worsen inflammation. Keep yourself hydrated with small sips of water if there is no vomiting. If the abdomen feels hard to touch or the pain is localized, a physical checkup is critical.

Honestly, popping ajwain or drinking jeera water is fine for mild bloating, but absolutely useless for severe stomach pain. You never know if it is a gallbladder issue or food poisoning. Stop asking people on forums and get a doctor to examine you physically.

For mild digestive discomfort, gentle deep breathing or Vajrasana after meals helps a lot. However, when the pain is severe and acute, any deep abdominal movement or yogic posture should be strictly avoided. Please rest in a comfortable position and let a medical expert evaluate you.

Same here, I usually stay quiet but severe stomach pain is nothing to play with. When this happened to me, keeping a warm hot water bag on my tummy gave slight relief while we waited for the doctor's appointment.

I had a similar episode last year and my gastroenterologist explained that severe pain shouldn't be suppressed with random tablets because it masks key symptoms needed for diagnosis. He advised avoiding dairy and solid foods initially, and getting an ultrasound done if the pain doesn't subside in a few hours.
