I ignored my morning heel pain for months thinking it would go away, and ended up barely being able to walk. Please go to an orthopedist or physiotherapist early. Getting the right silicon heel cups early will save you from months of limping.

Haan na, that first step out of bed in the morning is so painful! It feels like a needle is poking your heel. Rolling a frozen water bottle under your foot for 10 minutes really helps to ease that sharp pain.

Our feet bear the entire burden of our busy lives, so we must treat them with gratitude. Spend ten minutes in quiet relaxation, massage your feet with warm sesame oil, and let your body heal peacefully. Take care.

It is extremely painful indeed. Try gentle calf stretches before you step out of bed in the morning.

Do not walk barefoot on hard floors at home, son. Always wear soft, cushioned slippers inside the house. Doing simple foot stretches while sitting on a chair will give you great relief over time.

I had this heel pain when I gained weight rapidly due to my PCOS. While stretching helped me, I made sure to check with a doctor to ensure it wasn't a bone spur. Please be cautious and get a professional opinion.

Actually, custom orthotic insoles in my running shoes saved me yaar. The random shoes we wear often have zero arch support. It is a bit expensive, but totally worth it to stop that constant heel pain.
