How to help piles heal?

I've been dealing with piles on and off for a few months now, and they just don't seem to heal completely. I'm trying to follow a good diet, but it's still bothering me. What are some effective strategies to help them heal faster and prevent recurrence?

Drinking warm milk with a spoonful of ghee at bedtime helps soften the stool and prevents painful straining. You can also apply pure aloe vera gel externally for relief. But if you see bright red blood in your stool, please consult a doctor immediately.

Eat light, home-cooked food like soft khichdi with buttermilk, daughter. Avoid red chilies and garam masala completely while the area is healing. Sit in a tub of warm water daily to soothe the swelling and pain.

First of all, stop sitting on the toilet seat with your mobile phone for half an hour! That extra pressure is what prevents the piles from healing. Get in, finish your business, and get out. Drink lots of water daily.

Going for regular light walks helps stimulate your bowels and keeps things moving smoothly. Avoid heavy squats or weightlifting in the gym right now as it increases abdominal pressure. Keep your exercise very gentle until you heal.

Use an app to track your daily water intake and aim for at least 3 liters to keep stools soft. Tracking your fiber intake to hit around 30 grams daily also speeds up the healing process. It really works if you stay consistent.
