How to help pass a kidney stone female?

I'm dealing with a kidney stone, and the pain is just immense. I've been told to drink a lot of water, but are there any other specific tips or home remedies that can help me pass this stone more easily and relieve the pain?

The only real way is to drink plenty of warm water throughout the day to flush it out. You can also try fresh coconut water which helps in soothing the urinary tract. But keep a bucket nearby in case the pain makes you feel nauseous.

Deep breathing and very gentle stretching can help relax the pelvic area and ureter muscles slightly. Don't do any intense yoga poses now, just rest in child's pose if it feels comfortable. Let your body heal gently.

Please be very careful with this because my sister's stone got blocked in her ureter and caused a kidney infection. If you get a high fever, severe chills, or cannot pass urine at all, please go to the hospital immediately.

I totally get it, that kidney stone pain is absolutely unbearable and makes you want to double over. Please take rest and don't force yourself to do any physical work. Just try to keep sipping water slowly and stay warm.

Arre haan, paani toh daba ke peena padega tabhi stone niklega na. Nimbu paani also helps some people to cut down the stones. Lekin pain jyada ho toh doctor ke paas turant jana, bilkul laparwahi mat karna.

When I had a 5mm stone, my doctor explained that drinking 3 liters of water is essential to push it down. He also prescribed specific smooth muscle relaxants to widen the passage. If the stone size is larger than 6mm, it rarely passes on its own without medical help.

You definitely need an ultrasound first to check the exact size and position of the stone. While drinking water helps, trying to pass a large stone without medical supervision can cause internal damage. Better to consult a urologist.
