Please ask him to get a full blood panel done, including thyroid and diabetes tests. I had similar issues and we found out my thyroid levels were totally messed up. Once we treated that, things improved a lot.

Haan na, this topic is so sensitive for men, they feel very bad internally. The best thing you can do is talk to him lovingly without any pressure. Let him know it is very common and a doctor can easily help him.

High stress from corporate jobs is a major cause for this nowadays. He needs to fix his sleep cycle and reduce screen time before bed. If this is happening regularly, book an appointment with a urologist instead of wasting time on random tips.

Often, poor blood circulation and deep mental stress are the root causes here. Gentle yoga practices like Paschimottanasana and daily pranayama can help relax the nervous system. Give him time to heal naturally through these healthy habits.

I would get so worried thinking if it is a sign of some heart issue or high blood pressure. Don't panic, but do encourage him to see a doctor just to be completely safe. Sometimes it is just anxiety causing a bad loop.

Do not buy those random energy capsules or herbal oils you see advertised online, they can be dangerous. Erectile dysfunction is a medical condition that needs proper diagnosis by a qualified doctor. Please consult a professional.

Honestly, lifestyle plays such a huge role in this. If he is smoking a lot or drinking too much beer, that can directly cause these issues. Maybe try working out together and eating cleaner to see if things change.
