Creating a very peaceful and quiet environment is very important for the baby's delicate system. Try playing very soft, meditative music or chant a gentle lullaby while rocking them. A calm mind in the mother also helps the baby feel secure and sleep better.

Lalla ko sulane ke liye, try wrapping them gently in a soft, clean cotton cloth so they feel warm like they are in the mother's lap. Put a small drop of warm mustard oil on their feet soles and rub it gently before bedtime. They will sleep very peacefully.

Never use random sleep drops or heavy herbal rubs on a newborn based on internet advice, as their skin and organs are highly sensitive. Stick to safe practices like keeping the crib free of loose blankets and consult your paediatrician for safe feeding and sleep guidance.

If your newborn is crying constantly and unable to sleep at all, please don't try random home remedies. It could be due to painful silent reflux or a mild earache. It is always safest to visit your paediatrician to check if everything is fine.

Managing a newborn's sleep can be very stressful and can raise your blood pressure if you aren't sleeping yourself. It is very important to set a calm evening routine and get regular health checkups for the baby to ensure they don't have colic. Take care of your own health too while managing the little one.

Newborns take time to adjust to the outside world, haan. Try dimming all the lights by evening and keep a quiet routine so they understand it is night time, na. Swaddling works wonders for most babies, try that tonight!

Newborns have their own timezone and unfortunately, it's usually opposite to ours! Swaddling them like a little burrito and keeping the room dark is the only trick that saves my sleep. Hang in there, you will get your nights back in a few years!
