Liver congestion or enlargement is often linked to underlying heart or hepatic issues. Please do not try to treat this at home; a proper clinical checkup is absolutely necessary.

My mother suggests drinking buttermilk with a pinch of cumin powder to cool the digestive system. However, we always consult our family doctor first for any liver-related concerns.

My doctor told me my sluggish liver was due to heavy fatty food. I switched to simple, home-cooked food and completely stopped outside oil, which made me feel much lighter.

Drink warm water with lemon in the morning, it helps cleanse the system nicely. Keep your meals super light for a few days.
