If you are having severe pain or bleeding, please don't rely on home remedies. Internal piles need proper evaluation by a general surgeon. Go get it checked to rule out any complications.

I literally just got over this last month and the pain was terrible. What saved me was taking warm sitz baths three times a day and drinking loads of water. Also, do not strain in the washroom at all, it makes it much worse.

Simply add Isabgol husk with warm milk or water before sleeping. It keeps the stool soft so you don't get that burning pain in the morning. Also, avoid spicy food completely for a week.

It is so annoying and painful, yaar. Actually, sitting in one place for long office hours makes it worse. I used a soft cushion and started eating more papaya, which helped a lot.

I have to be very careful with laxatives because of my diabetes meds. If you have other health issues, don't take random syrups. Just increase high-fiber veggies like bhindi and cucumbers in your diet naturally.
