I know how scary severe indigestion pain can feel, sometimes it makes you worry if it's something wrong with your heart. It is very stressful, but usually it is just gas or acidity. Try to sit upright and drink a little warm water to help you feel calmer.

Dude, I get terrible indigestion after eating late-night hostel food. Honestly, drinking a glass of cold milk or chewing some fennel seeds (saunf) usually helps me out. But yeah, stop eating spicy food before sleeping!

Sitting in Vajrasana (thunderbolt pose) for 10 minutes after your meals is very beneficial for digestion. Also, try to chew your food thoroughly and avoid drinking water during meals. Gentle breathing exercises can also help soothe the stomach.

If you have diabetes, indigestion can sometimes be linked to delayed stomach emptying. Be very careful with sweet antacids or sugar-loaded home drinks. Stick to sugar-free options and consult your physician to check your digestive health.

While simple lifestyle changes like eating on time and avoiding processed food help, persistent indigestion shouldn't be ignored. It is always best to consult a general physician to rule out issues like ulcers or GERD before starting any self-treatment.

I have been feeling a bloated, burning pain in my upper stomach for the last two days. Is it safe to try some ginger tea, or should I go to a doctor? I don't usually get this kind of pain.
