How to help hand pain?

I've been feeling a lot of pain in my hands, especially in my wrist and fingers, in the mornings. It feels stiff too. My doctor said it could be age-related, but I'm looking for ways to manage the hand pain daily.

I had severe wrist and hand pain from continuous typing last month. Taking frequent breaks and using an ergonomic mouse helped me recover completely. Also, try doing some gentle hand stretches every hour.

Beta, if your hand is hurting, please give it some rest and don't lift heavy utensils or buckets. You can apply a little warm sesame oil gently, but if the pain does not go away, please visit the town clinic doctor.

Honestly, I got bad hand pain from gaming too much. I just stopped playing for three days and used a basic pain relief spray. If it's because of gym or repetitive work, just rest it, bro.

Sometimes hand pain or tingling can be related to circulation or nerve issues, especially if you have conditions like high BP. Make sure you keep your blood pressure monitored and talk to your doctor about this symptom during your next routine checkup.

Don't start buying random hand massagers or trying internet exercises. Hand pain could be anything from a simple strain to carpal tunnel or arthritis. Get a proper diagnosis from an orthopedist first.

Does anyone else get a sudden sharp pain in their fingers while using their phone? I am feeling this from yesterday and I'm really worried if it's nerve damage. Should I see a doctor immediately?

Joint and hand pain can sometimes be linked to hormonal imbalances like thyroid issues. I had similar aches before my thyroid dosage was adjusted. It might be a good idea to get your blood levels tested and talk to your specialist.

My grandmother always suggests applying warm mustard oil for joint aches, which does give temporary comfort. However, for persistent hand pain, it is always best to visit a doctor for a proper clinical checkup.
