How to help endometriosis pain?

My periods have always been painful, but off late it's become unbearable, like a sharp, stabbing pain. Doc said it might be endometriosis. I'm looking for ways to manage this constant pain.

My wife has struggled with this, and during those painful days, the whole house goes on high alert! Honestly, a good hot water bag and letting her rest completely is the only way to manage. Make sure you have a compassionate doctor who understands this condition.

I get so anxious reading about endometriosis because the pain sounds so intense and exhausting. I really hope you find some relief today. Have you discussed laparoscopic options or hormonal therapy with your doctor to help manage the symptoms?

As someone managing diabetes, I find that an anti-inflammatory diet helps reduce both my blood sugar and pelvic pain. Try avoiding processed foods, heavy sugars, and gluten, and opt for fresh green vegetables. Please consult your specialist doctor for a proper pain management plan.

I have both thyroid issues and severe pelvic pain, and I realized hormonal imbalances make everything worse. It is so important to have regular checkups and follow up with a gynecologist who specializes in endo. Don't let doctors brush your pain off as normal cramps.
