How to help bursitis pain?

My doctor said I have bursitis in my shoulder, and the pain is really bothering me. It's tough to lift my arm. Are there any stretches or home remedies that can help ease this kind of pain?

Please don't push through the pain or do heavy exercises right now. Rest the joint completely and use an ice pack for 15 minutes to bring down the inflammation. If it doesn't get better in a few days, let's get a doctor to check it.

Bursitis pain is really very painful, ho na. I had it in my shoulder and cold ice packs helped to reduce the swelling. Don't lift heavy things for a few days, thoda rest lijiye.

I have tried many herbal oils for joint pain, but for bursitis, simple rest and cold fermentation work best. Don't massage the area heavily as it can increase the inflammation. Give your body time to heal.

When managing joint pain like bursitis, reducing systemic inflammation through a clean diet and weight control is key. Keep your medical checkups regular to monitor your overall health markers. Rest the joint and consult your orthopedist.

I had hip bursitis last year and learned that resting the joint is non-negotiable. Avoid sleeping on the painful side and use a pillow between your knees to ease the pressure. Gentle physiotherapy stretches helped me regain mobility later.
