How to help an inflamed liver?

My recent blood tests showed that my liver enzymes are elevated, and the doctor mentioned it might be inflamed. I'm trying to make lifestyle changes, but I'm wondering what else can be done to help an inflamed liver.

Time to give your liver a holiday after all those weekend parties! Seriously, cut out the alcohol and oily foods completely for a while. Treat it nicely with simple food, and it will forgive you soon.

I ignored dull pain in my side thinking it was just gas, until it turned into severe fatty liver disease. Please do not delay; get an LFT blood test and ultrasound done immediately. A doctor's advice and early lifestyle changes are absolutely necessary.

I just recovered from liver inflammation last month. My doctor put me on a strict low-fat, zero-oil diet and completely banned outside food. Drinking plenty of water and taking the prescribed liver support medicines really helped my levels return to normal.

It can be worrying to deal with liver issues. Stick to light, easily digestible meals and avoid any self-medication or heavy painkillers. Wishing you a very smooth and speedy recovery.

With our busy office schedules, we eat a lot of outside food, which ruins the liver. Pack simple home-cooked lunch like dal, rice, and boiled veggies, and keep yourself hydrated. A quick visit to a gastroenterologist is a must to get proper guidance.

Gentle yoga and breathing exercises like Pranayama can help improve internal blood circulation and reduce stress on the body. Along with your doctor's treatment, try to practice daily to support your body's natural healing process.

Just like how I manage my high BP with regular monitoring, liver health requires a complete lifestyle overhaul. Avoid fried items, processed sugar, and get routine liver function tests. Regular checkups with your physician will help you catch any issues early.
