How to heal tooth decay and cavities naturally?

My dentist mentioned I have early signs of tooth decay and a couple of small cavities. I want to try and fix them at home if possible. Are there any natural ways to reverse or heal tooth decay and cavities?

For dental health, I track my sugar intake on my food tracker app. Reducing added sugars significantly helps prevent decay. Also, consistent brushing (maybe even track brushing time with a smart toothbrush?) and flossing are non-negotiable. But for existing decay or cavities, that needs a professional, no app can fix a hole in your tooth!

Hello everyone. I'm wondering if there's truly anything natural that can reverse small early decay before it becomes a full cavity? Like, if it's just a white spot, can diet changes help? I'm a bit scared of dental procedures.

Beta, for tooth decay, once a hole starts, you need the dentist to fix it. My mother used to say neem datun is good for cleaning teeth, and it's true for prevention. But for existing cavities, it's always best to get a proper filling. Don't be afraid, the pain will go away after that. It's a common thing, many people get it.

Oh god, I remember panicking so much when I first got a cavity. I thought it was the end of the world! But honestly, once the decay is there, natural methods can't heal it. Dentists do fillings all the time, it's a super routine procedure. Don't worry, it's completely normal, just go get it done.

I was just there! I had a couple of small cavities that I tried to 'naturally heal' with better brushing and less sweets for a few weeks. It only delayed the inevitable. Eventually, I just went to the dentist, got fillings, and it was quick and much less painful than the actual toothache. Save yourself the trouble and just get it checked.

Haan, tooth decay is a problem, na. But for existing cavities, you can't heal them naturally, bhai. You have to go to the dentist for a filling. What you can do naturally is prevent future ones by brushing twice a day, flossing, aur kam meetha khaao. That's the best natural way to avoid more problems.
