How to heal tooth cavities naturally?

I recently noticed a small dark spot on my tooth and I'm pretty sure it's a cavity. I'm really scared of dentists. Is there any natural remedy that can help heal tooth cavities without needing a drill?

Ayyo, cavities are very painful! My grandmother always said to oil pull with sesame oil and eat less sweet things. While these are good habits, for existing cavities, please go to a good dentist. They will do proper filling or whatever is needed. Natural methods cannot truly heal a cavity once it's formed.

Hey, cavities are a pain! Honestly, once you have a cavity, it needs professional attention like a filling. Natural things like reducing sugar, good brushing, and flossing can *prevent* new ones, but can't heal an existing hole in your tooth. I learned that the hard way. So, book that dentist appointment!

For tooth cavities, 'natural healing' isn't really a thing once they've formed. You need to see a dentist, period. Go to a reputed dental clinic. Ask them clearly about the extent of the cavity and what treatment (filling, root canal) they recommend. Delaying treatment only makes it worse and more expensive.

I just had a cavity filled last month! I was also wondering about natural ways, but my dentist clearly told me that once the enamel is broken, it won't grow back. So I got a filling done, and it was quick and painless. Don't wait too long, it gets worse and more painful.

For overall health, including dental, diet is so crucial. Cutting out processed sugars and highly acidic foods can help prevent cavities from forming or worsening. Regular exercise also contributes to overall well-being. But once a cavity has formed, you definitely need a dentist. It's not like a muscle that can just heal itself.

Namaste. For health of teeth, cleanliness is very important. Brushing twice a day and eating healthy food, especially avoiding too much sweet, will keep your mouth healthy. If a cavity has formed, it is good to consult a dentist. Have faith, and take proper care of your body.

My son had a cavity once, and believe me, natural methods don't work for healing an existing one. We focused on making sure he brushed twice a day, flossed, and cut down on sweets to prevent *new* ones. But for the cavity he already had, the dentist did a filling, which was quick and effective. Please don't delay it.

Please, for tooth cavities, do not delay seeing a dentist. My friend tried to manage a cavity naturally with various remedies and ended up needing a root canal because the infection spread. Once the tooth structure is compromised, it requires professional treatment to prevent severe pain and further damage. It's truly safer to get it checked by a doctor.

Bhai, tooth cavities can't be healed naturally once they're there. That's a myth. You need to see a dentist, they will do a filling or whatever is required. What you can do naturally is prevent new ones by brushing properly and avoiding sugary stuff. But for existing ones, doc hi best hai.

Look, once a cavity forms, it's a structural damage to your tooth. You cannot 'naturally heal' that. It needs a dentist to clean it and fill it. Prevention is natural: good oral hygiene, less sugar. But for healing, professional intervention is required. Don't waste time.
