How to heal liver inflammation?

My recent blood test showed I have some liver inflammation, and the doctor advised some dietary changes. I want to be proactive about it. Besides avoiding certain foods, what else can I do to help heal liver inflammation and get my liver back in good shape?

My son had liver inflammation a few years back. The doctors put him on a strict diet – no junk food, very little oil, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, complete rest was crucial. We focused on keeping his sugar levels stable too. It took time, but he recovered well by following the doctor's instructions meticulously.

For liver inflammation, diet is paramount. Avoid all processed foods, excess sugar, and unhealthy fats. Focus on fresh, whole foods like leafy greens, berries, and lean plant-based proteins. Turmeric is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties, but always in moderation and with doctor's approval, especially if you're on medication.

Liver inflammation needs proper medical attention. But at home, you can support it by strictly avoiding alcohol and any OTC painkillers unless prescribed. Drinking plenty of plain water is also a simple way to help your body. And always eat ghar ka khana, light and fresh.

I hope you are doing okay. Liver inflammation sounds serious. Please take care of yourself and follow your doctor's advice closely. Rest is also very important for healing.

Please, please do not delay seeing a doctor for liver inflammation. My friend ignored initial symptoms and it led to severe complications. This is not something to try and heal naturally without medical supervision. Get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a specialist right away.
