How to heal kidney?

My uncle was recently diagnosed with some kidney issues, and the doctors have advised a lot of lifestyle changes. Besides medicines, are there ways to support and heal the kidney function through diet or other methods? We are looking for all possible avenues.

If your doctor allows, some light walking can really help with overall health and circulation, which indirectly supports kidney function. But diet is super crucial here, especially controlling sodium and protein. Always check with your doc first before starting anything new though.

Kidney issues are very serious, please don't experiment with home remedies. You must consult a nephrologist immediately. They can diagnose the exact problem and guide you on the right path for healing and recovery. Safety first, always.

Haan bhai, kidney healing is a big deal, na. You need to see a good kidney specialist. They'll tell you what to eat, kitna paani peena hai. Don't try anything random, it can be dangerous for kidneys. Proper treatment hi best hai.

My uncle had some kidney issues a few years back. The doctors put him on a strict diet, very low salt and specific proteins only. He also had to drink a particular amount of water daily. I can't advise you, but for him, it was all about following the doctor's diet.
