How to heal cavities naturally at home?

I'm trying to avoid a dental drill if possible for a small cavity I've noticed. Are there any natural ways or home remedies that actually help in healing cavities, or at least stopping them from getting worse? I'd prefer a natural approach if it works.

My family believes in oil pulling and neem sticks for strong teeth, and these can help prevent cavities. But once a cavity is formed, it's like a hole in the wall, no? It needs to be filled. For that, you must see a good dentist, beta. Trust their judgment.

Focusing on overall health, including nutrition and hydration, strengthens your teeth, but it won't 'heal' an existing cavity. Think of it like a broken bone; you can support its healing, but it needs a doctor to set it. Same for teeth, a dentist is key.

Hey, don't stress too much about 'natural' healing for cavities once they're there! It's like asking your phone to fix a broken screen by itself, lol. Best thing is to just go to the dentist. They'll fix it up quickly and then you can focus on natural ways to *prevent* new ones!

Unfortunately, once a cavity has formed, it requires professional dental treatment such as a filling. Natural methods and home remedies are generally effective for prevention and maintaining oral hygiene, but they cannot reverse established tooth decay. A dentist visit is essential.
