How to have no dandruff?

I've tried so many shampoos and home remedies, but I still struggle with dandruff. It's really embarrassing sometimes. What's the secret to having no dandruff at all? Is there something I'm missing?

No dandruff? Is that even possible for us mere mortals? Haha! I swear, sometimes I feel like my head is snowing. Tried everything from expensive shampoos to curd masks. Mostly, it just comes back if I miss a hair wash. Good luck, man!

Oh god, dandruff is such a pain! Don't stress too much though, it just makes it worse sometimes. Just find a good anti-dandruff shampoo that works for you, and try to wash your hair regularly. And maybe avoid very hot showers, that can dry out the scalp, no?

Beta, dandruff used to be a common problem. My nani always said to apply a little lemon juice mixed with coconut oil on the scalp before washing. It helps clear the scalp. But don't keep it too long, just half an hour. See if that helps, haan?

Sometimes skin and hair issues, including dandruff, can be related to underlying conditions like thyroid imbalances. If you've tried everything and it's not going away, it might be worth getting your thyroid levels checked with a doctor. Mine improved a lot after managing my thyroid.

I've heard that some people find reducing dairy or sugary foods helps with dandruff, as it can be related to yeast overgrowth. I focus on a diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruits, and that generally helps keep my skin and scalp healthy. Maybe try adjusting your diet a bit?

I noticed my dandruff got better when I started eating cleaner and drinking more water. Also, making sure my gym towels are always clean helps. Sometimes it's about overall health, not just what you put on your scalp.
