How to handle sleep regression?

My 8-month-old baby, who used to sleep through the night, has suddenly started waking up frequently and crying. My sister said it might be sleep regression. How do I handle this sleep regression and get my baby back to sleeping well?

Uff, sleep regression is the worst! I just survived the 8-month one. What helped me was sticking to a super consistent bedtime routine no matter what. Also, getting some help from my husband or mom during the day so I could catch a nap.

It's totally normal to feel completely exhausted and frustrated during sleep regression. Don't blame yourself! It's a phase every parent goes through. Just focus on small victories, and remember it won't last forever. Take care of your mental health too.

Dude, I heard about this from my cousin. It sounds like a total nightmare. She said it's all about patience and like, trying to stick to some kind of routine, even if the baby is fighting it. Power naps for the parents are essential, apparently.

Hey, don't stress too much about it, yaar! Sleep regression is a thing that happens to almost all babies. Just try to keep a consistent bedtime routine, even if it feels like it's not working. And ask for help from family so you can get some rest too!

Sleep regression sounds so scary, especially when you're already worried about development milestones! I always think about what *could* go wrong. But from what I've read, consistency in routine is key, and just trying to ride it out. Don't forget your own sleep, even if it's just cat naps.
