How to handle heat stroke?

It's getting very hot here, and my elderly father often works outside. Someone in our village recently got a heat stroke, and I'm very concerned. What's the immediate first aid we should know to handle a heat stroke effectively?

Aise garmi mein heat stroke toh bohot dangerous hai, ho na? Pehle toh uss insaan ko thandi jagah le jao. Pani pilao, aur gile kapde se body poncho. Aur haan, jaldi se doctor ke paas le jao. Seriously, ye ghabrane wali baat hai.

For heat stroke, immediate action is crucial. Move the person to a cooler place, loosen their clothing, and apply cool, damp cloths to their skin. My health app always warns about hydration in hot weather. But this is a medical emergency, so call for an ambulance ASAP.

Heat stroke is really serious, especially with our Indian summers! If someone gets it, quickly move them to shade, loosen clothes, and try to cool them down with water or a wet cloth. But the most important thing is to get medical help right away, don't wait.

Garmiyon mein yeh bohot hota hai. Jab bhi kisi ko heat stroke ho, turant use thandi jagah le jao, pankhe ke neeche. Uske badan pe paani daalo ya gile kapde rakho. Aur haan, namak-cheeni ka ghol (ORS) pilao agar hosh mein hai. Phir doc ke paas.

Recognize the signs – high body temp, confusion, no sweating. If you suspect heat stroke, it's an emergency. Call 102/108 immediately. While waiting for help, try to cool the person. Don't give them fluids if they're disoriented.

This is a serious emergency. If someone gets a heat stroke, call an ambulance first. While waiting, get them into the shade, remove extra layers, and cool them with wet towels or a cold shower if possible. Hydration is key to prevent it, but during an actual stroke, it's about emergency cooling.

Heat stroke is a serious medical emergency, and definitely not something to self-treat. The immediate response should be to call emergency services. While waiting, try to cool the person down as much as possible, but professional medical help is absolutely essential.

Oh god, heat stroke is so terrifying! I always worry about my parents in summer. What if I'm not around? Has anyone had to deal with this emergency? How quickly did you get help? I get so anxious just thinking about it.
