How to handle asthma without inhaler?

My mother-in-law has mild asthma but she's very reluctant to use her inhaler regularly. Are there any natural ways or techniques that can help manage it without always relying on the inhaler? She's asking me to find some solutions.

Dude, if it's an attack without an inhaler, it's super scary. I once forgot mine and it was horrible. I managed to calm myself down by focusing on deep, slow breaths, but really, the first thing is to get immediate medical help. Don't take chances.

Ideally, you should always have your inhaler if you have asthma. But if you don't, try to stay calm, sit upright, and breathe slowly. Get to a doctor immediately to understand why you don't have an inhaler and what to do in emergencies.

OMG, that's a nightmare scenario! If I had asthma and no inhaler, I'd probably just freak out and call emergency. Seriously, like, don't try anything DIY, just get to the hospital fast. It's not a joke.

Yaar, asthma without an inhaler is a proper emergency, actually. You can try sitting upright, relaxing your shoulders, and focusing on your breathing to try and calm down. But the main thing is to get to a hospital or call for help immediately. Don't wait.

This is a serious medical situation. If you have an asthma attack and no inhaler, you need to go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Please, don't waste time looking for home remedies. Your doctor will have given you an action plan for such emergencies; follow that or seek professional medical help without delay.
