How to handle asthma attack without inhaler?

My younger brother has asthma, and sometimes he forgets his inhaler when he's out playing. What can we do if he gets an attack and doesn't have it on him? It makes me really worried.

If it's an asthma attack and you don't have an inhaler, this is an emergency. Call for medical help immediately or get to the nearest hospital. Don't try home remedies in such a serious situation, it's very risky.

My doctor always stressed that an asthma attack without an inhaler is a medical emergency. You should try to stay calm, sit upright, and focus on slow, deep breaths. But the priority is to get medical attention as quickly as possible, either by calling an ambulance or rushing to an ER. Don't delay.

Aise time mein toh seedha hospital jaana chahiye beta. Jaan pe khelna theek nahi hai. Koi bhi desi nuskha kaam nahi karega jab saans ruk rahi ho. Bhagwan ka naam lo aur jaldi se doc ke paas jao.

Bachche, aisi situation mein bina der kiye doctor ko dikhana hi sabse accha hai. Maine ek baar dekha tha, bahut mushkil ho jaati hai. Apne aap ko sambhalne ki koshish mat karna, professional help lena.

Dude, if it's an actual attack and no inhaler, that's serious. You need to call emergency services ASAP. Don't try any weird stuff you see online, just get to a hospital. It's not something to mess around with.

Oh no, that sounds really scary! Please don't stress too much trying to figure it out alone. Immediately call for medical help or ask someone to take you to the ER. Your health is priority, yaar!
