How to handle 4 month sleep regression?

My baby is exactly four months old, and suddenly her sleep is a complete mess. She used to sleep through the night but now she's waking up constantly. My sister said it's probably the 4-month sleep regression. How do I handle this, I'm so tired!

Ah, the 4-month sleep regression. That's when your baby decides sleep is for the weak, and you realize you haven't slept properly since 2019. Honestly, just survive. It's a phase, but feels like an eternity. Coffee is your best friend.

Handle it? LOL, you just survive it! My 4-month-old made me believe coffee was a food group. Honestly, just remember it's a phase and try to get help from anyone you can. Power naps are a lifesaver.

During sleep regression, consistency in routine is key, but don't spend too much on fancy gadgets. Simple things like a dark room, white noise, and a consistent bedtime ritual can work wonders. Focus on what's free or low-cost first.

Arre, sleep regression toh sab mothers ki kahani hai, ho na? Bas thoda patience rakho. Try to establish a good routine for feeding and sleeping. Aur haan, din mein thodi neend le lo jab baby sota hai.

Lack of sleep can affect your blood pressure, so please take care of yourself too. Even short naps can help. For the baby, try a consistent bedtime routine. If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't hesitate to ask for help from family.

This phase can be tough, but remember it's temporary. Stay positive and take care of your own well-being too, even if it's just five minutes of quiet time. Your baby feels your energy. This too shall pass.
