My anxiety has been through the roof lately, and it's making it impossible to sleep. My mind just races with worries and fears. What strategies can help me go to sleep when I have anxiety?

Hey didi, anxiety is tough na? Sometimes mere saath bhi hota hai. Try drinking a glass of warm milk before bed, it really calms me down. And maybe listen to some soft bhajans or music, it helps distract the mind. Hope you sleep well soon.

Oh, I completely understand this feeling. When I used to have health anxiety, sleeping was the worst. It's okay to feel this way. Just acknowledge your feelings, don't fight them. Maybe try writing down whatever is bothering you before bed, sometimes getting it out helps a lot.

Anxiety at night is a common issue, don't worry you're not alone. I've found that a regular bedtime routine works wonders. Try to switch off all screens an hour before bed and read a physical book. Breathing exercises can also be very helpful to calm your system down.

Take it easy, yaar. It's tough when your mind just won't quiet down. What usually helps me is listening to guided meditations, there are many free ones online. And try to make your bedroom as dark and cool as possible, a good environment can make a big difference. Hope you get some peaceful rest.

Ugh, tell me about it, anxiety is the worst for sleep. My go-to is ASMR videos or just some chill lo-fi music on YouTube. Also, sometimes just talking to a friend on call helps me unload and then I can actually sleep. Don't stress too much about it, it happens.
