Bro, instantly toh mushkil hai. But I usually just put on some chill lo-fi music, turn off all lights and my phone. Sometimes I read a boring textbook for 10 mins, that works like magic haha. College life, sleep is a luxury!

I use a sleep tracking app and it tells me my sleep quality. What helps me is a consistent bedtime routine, even on weekends. Also, avoiding screens an hour before bed and doing a quick 5-min meditation really makes a difference. My app actually showed an improvement in deep sleep after I started this!

Instantly? Be careful with these instant remedies you find online. Sleep issues can sometimes point to other things. If you're really struggling, it's always best to talk to a doctor. Self-medicating or trying extreme things without proper guidance is not good.

For me, managing my blood sugar levels properly throughout the day really affects my sleep. If I eat something heavy or too sugary late in the evening, my sleep gets disturbed. A light, early dinner is key. Maybe check your diet and timing?

Instantly is tough, but a routine helps a lot. I try to switch off work mode completely at least an hour before bed. No checking emails. A quick shower, maybe some light stretching, and reading a physical book (not on phone!). It trains your mind that it's time to unwind. Consistency is everything.

Definitely avoid caffeine late in the day, that's a big one! I find a warm glass of milk with a pinch of nutmeg about an hour before bed helps calm me down. Also, try to keep dinner light and vegetarian, no heavy curries right before sleep. It aids digestion and then you sleep better.

I used to struggle with this a lot in my younger days. What worked for me is fixing a sleep schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same time, even on holidays. Also, make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool. A hot bath before bed also helps relax the body.
