How to go to sleep earlier?
My work schedule changed, and now I need to start getting up much earlier. I'm finding it really hard to adjust and go to bed earlier. What can I do to shift my sleep time and actually fall asleep earlier?

Sleep is so important, especially as we get older. Meri BP ki problem ki wajah se doc ne bhi bola tha ki time pe sona bohot zaroori hai. Try to fix a time and stick to it, even on weekends. Aur shaam ko light dinner karo.
My sleep doctor actually told me about sleep hygiene. It's not just about going to bed early, but making sure your room is dark, cool, and quiet. Also, try to avoid screens for at least an hour before sleep, that blue light really messes with your melatonin.
Going to bed earlier is tough for me too, especially with PCOS, sleep patterns get messed up. What sometimes helps is having a warm bath or reading a physical book instead of my phone. It's not always 100% effective but worth a try, maybe for you also.
Ho na, yeh toh bohot common problem hai aajkal. Try to make your room a bit dark, aur light music laga ke so jao. Kabhi kabhi ek glass doodh bhi helps. Magar sabse mushkil toh mobile chhhodna hota hai, hai na?
Dude, I totally get you. For a long time, I just couldn't sleep early, felt so restless and frustrated. It made me feel really low. What helped me was to not force it too much, but slowly shifting my bedtime by 15-20 minutes every few days. Small steps, but it works.
Haan ji, achhi neend bahut zaruri hai. Pehle toh try karo ki din mein thoda exercise ho jaaye. Aur shaam ko chai-coffee avoid karo. Ghar mein ek shanti wala mahaul banao sone se pehle. Sabko yeh problem hoti hai kabhi na kabhi, you are not alone.

Mere saath bhi same problem thi literally last month! I tried everything. What finally worked was setting a loud alarm for bedtime, not just waking up. And also, I started having a cup of herbal tea and reading a boring book in bed. Sounds silly but it made me sleepy quickly!
It's a very common issue in our fast-paced lives. I've found that having a consistent evening routine, like dimming lights an hour before bed and avoiding heavy meals, can be beneficial. However, if it's a persistent problem, consulting a doctor for tailored advice is always the best approach.
