Been having trouble falling asleep quickly lately. My mind keeps racing for hours. What are some effective methods to help me doze off faster?

For me, the trick is a light dinner early. No heavy meals close to bedtime, especially anything sugary or fried, because that just messes with my blood sugar and keeps me up. A small walk after dinner also helps a lot to settle down.

Oh, I totally get this! Sleep issues can be so frustrating and then you start worrying about not sleeping, which makes it worse. Have you tried making your room completely dark and cool? Sometimes even tiny bits of light or a warm room can disturb sleep a lot. Hope you find something that works!

Hey! 😊 What works for me is a cup of chamomile tea and some light stretching. It really calms my body down. Avoid caffeine in the evening too, that's a big one! Hope you get some good sleep soon! ✨

Mere bete ko bhi same problem thi. We started a bedtime routine for him – warm bath, reading a book, no screens for at least an hour before bed. It works wonders. Maybe you can try a routine too, even for adults it helps to signal to your brain it's time to wind down.

Simple, switch off your phone and laptop at least an hour before you want to sleep. Blue light from screens is a major culprit. Also, a warm shower right before bed can relax your muscles and help you drift off faster. Don't overthink it, just create a habit.

Yeah, sometimes I just lie there for hours. Does anyone else get that feeling like your mind just won't switch off? I've heard listening to some calming music or a podcast helps, but then I worry it'll keep me awake even more. Anyone else experience that?
